Prerequisites: You should have a strong background in programming, preferably in Python and taken COMP 3270.
Open Ph.D. Student Positions
We are always looking for motivated PhD students, especially in embodied active perception, multimodal event understanding, and computer vision applications for agriculture and medicine.
Several of our current and former students have published at top venues in computer vision and machine learning such as CVPR, ECCV, WACV, MICCAI, etc.
Our Ph.D. program is light on coursework (only 6 courses required post-baccalaureate, and none if you have a Masters in CS). This is designed for students to focus on research.
